Join the beloved tradition of “Holiday Pops!” with special selections from Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker,” ballet, performed by dancers from Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet. Also on stage will be high school choral singers from South Glens Falls, Warrensburg, and the region to make the concert hall joyful. The Glens Falls Symphony, the dancers from Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet, and the choristers will join together for an evening of family holiday favorites.

The Glens Falls Symphony will present their 2024 Children’s Concerts on November 19 and 20, with multiple performances of Sergei Prokofiev’s “Peter and the Wolf.” Under the baton of Charles Peltz, Music Director, two performances will share the beloved story of Peter and the animals of the forest (the Fox, the Duck, and more) in a concert on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 9:30am, at the Joyce Irwin Auditorium at Hudson Falls High School, in Hudson Falls, NY. The second will be on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 9:45am at the Ticonderoga High School Auditorium, in Ticonderoga, NY.
Classical Guitarist: Eliot Fisk

The last direct guitar disciple of Spanish guitar virtuoso Andrés Segovia, Eliot Fisk is one of he world’s most acclaimed classical guitarists. This concert will feature Mr. Fisk with the Glens Falls Symphony in music by Joaquín Rodrigo. ALSO on the program, “Sinfonia Brevis” by Michael Gandolfi with the composer in residence, and Schubert Symphony No. 5.
